How to: Dakota Fanning Inspired Winged Liner

I have always wanted to know how Dakota Fanning's Winged Liner was done. I looked online and everywhere for good explanations on how to create a winged liner like hers. I didn't find it. So i decided to create it by myself. You have the option of using Gel liner or Liquid Eyeliner. i will be showing you how to use both options.

What you will need
  • Mac Painterly Paint Pot
  • Mac Ricepaper Eyeshadow
  • Rimmel Glam Eyes Liquid Eyeliner
  • Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Eyeliner-Black
  • Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Primer

Step 1: Apply Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer all over your eyelid. Next, Apply Mac Painterly Paint Pot on inner corner to brow bone.

Step 2: Next, Apply Mac Ricepaper eye-shadow with an eye-shadow brush from inner corner of your eyes to the brow bone and blend.

Now, This is when you have the option of using Gel or Liquid.

Gel: Begin by using an angled eyeliner brush to apply gel eyeliner, apply gel eyeliner from the inner corner more along the lash line in short strokes, make sure to be as close to the lash line as possible. Next go over the liner with gel liner, this time without strokes. to make the liner alot more darker, add more liner. (but not too much!)

Liquid: Begin by steadying your arm or hand on a hard surface to avoid shaky liner, Next, Apply liner on the inner liner, make sure to start off thin on the inner corners then go thicker as you go along the lash line.

Hope you enjoyed and will give this a try.

How To: Cara Delevingne Inspired Hair and Makeup

I recently saw Cara Delevingne wearing this look at The Dolce and Gabbana Fashion Show in Italy
and i loved it! The hair looks so sleek and the makeup so perfected. Let's Begin!

 What you'll need
  • Dry Shampoo
  • Hair Elastic
  • Paddle Brush
  • A cute headband

Step 1: To Begin, Brush through your hair with a Paddle brush to avoid any tangles or flyaways.

Step 2: Next, Apply Dry Shampoo to the roots of your hair. Be sure to spray 30cm away from roots.

Step 3: Pile your hair into a loose high bun.( Remember its not really a twist or a knot. its more of something that you just pile your hair into a loose high bun.) Tie your hair with a Hair elastic.
